- IT is a virtual marketplace, not a seller.
IT is a virtual marketplace that exclusively provides the service of a shared virtual space that brings together sellers and their buyers. All items that are advertised on our website or that are sold through our Services are sold exclusively directly from the seller in a way that is completely independent and separate from IT. IT does not produce, store, transport or check in any way the items sold by sellers through our Services or that are advertised on our website. IT in no way participates in the legal relationship between its users and is not part of any transactions that occur between them.
By using any of our Services (or just browsing our website) you agree that:
- You are buying from a seller who has his own virtual space on IT, and you are not making any purchases directly from IT;
- We do not control or verify sellers and therefore cannot make any guarantees about the legality, quality or safety of any item sold through our Services and/or listed on our website;
- 3. IT does not control and therefore cannot guarantee orderly delivery – you must contact each individual seller for this purpose.
We encourage you to report any items or sellers that violate any provision of the General Terms to us. You can do this by marking it confidential. All you have to do is send us an email regarding the flagged content to:email@example.com.

IT’s query tool will be useful if you want to communicate with sellers or other IT users. You are not allowed to use this tool to: You are not allowed to use this tool to:
- Abuse or harass another user or engage in intolerant or discriminatory behavior;
- Send advertisements or requests for donations, spam or promotions;
- Interfere with the transaction or business of another buyer and/or seller.
Harassment and interference
Using our services (including the query tool) to harass other users or disrupt their business, including posting malicious content and click fraud, is strictly prohibited. The IT query tool must not be used to spread hatred or violate the General Terms in any way. If you notice any user behavior that violates our policies, please notify us immediately.
- Purchase rules
By using our Services you agree that you are purchasing any item posted on IT from an independent individual seller with its own business and its own unique pricing, policies, processing times and payment system. You also agree that you have:
- read the description of the item and the rules of the store before making a purchase;
- entered correct and appropriate data for payment of purchased items;
- given accurate and detailed information about the delivery to the seller.
The seller must comply with all of IT’s General Terms and the terms and conditions published on his online store and sell only items that correspond in all respects to the description as published.
Before making a purchase you are required to read these General Terms and the terms and conditions of each seller. In the event that an individual seller has not published his own terms and conditions separately, these General Terms replace them.
- Entering Content
IT welcomes any communication between its users that is not contrary to the General Terms and encourages honesty, openness and creativity in the exchange of Content such as text, photos and the like.
You agree that you will not enter Content on our websites and/or in any way through our Services that:
- Is offensive, disturbing, obscene or similar in any way;
- Is intolerant or discriminatory in any way;
- Contains threats or extortion;
- Contains any information or claims about items that are prohibited or restricted in legal circulation (such as weapons, drugs, medicines, etc.);
- Contains false or misleading product claims;
- Mentions any third parties such as IT or carriers;
- Contains advertisements, any advertising or spam;
- Contains personal data;
- Violates someone else’s privacy or intellectual property rights; or
- Is false, fraudulent or misleading in any way.
We would appreciate it if you could help us and the sellers improve your IT experience by leaving a review below the posted item by choosing a rating from one to five stars. Please note that your review and profile information will be publicly displayed on our website. You can leave and edit your review within 15 (fifteen) days after the estimated delivery date of the item.
Before leaving a review, you agree that it is considered Content that, in addition to other restrictions set forth in the Terms and Conditions, is not permitted to:
- Include a false promotion or falsely inflate a review score; and
- In any way diminish or question the integrity of the review system.
IT reserves the right to remove any reviews at any time, especially those that violate the General Terms or the terms and conditions of an individual seller.
- Notices for consumers
IT and every seller on IT are obliged to inform you as a consumer in a clear and comprehensible manner about a series of information (main characteristics of the goods, information about the trader, price and the like) which are prescribed by the positive regulations of the Republic of Croatia.
Our sellers, together with IT, are the adopters of all parts of the General Terms, which fulfill the legal obligations to notify you as a consumer of the prescribed information. We present information about your legal rights as a consumer in this chapter.
Unilateral termination of the contract
Primarily, we point out that the basic items sold by sellers on our website are easily perishable goods that expire quickly, and the right to unilateral termination of the contract is excluded for these goods.
the contract is legally possible, you can unilaterally terminate the contract within 14 days without giving a reason, by an unequivocal statement sent by mail or e-mail, in which you will state your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. mail. We will send you a confirmation of receipt of the notice of unilateral termination of the contract by e-mail.
The deadline for unilateral termination of the contract is 14 days from the day when the goods that are the subject of the contract are handed over to the consumer or a third person designated by the consumer, who is not the carrier (further collectively referred to as: the consumer). If it is a question of goods that are delivered in several pieces or in several shipments, the term for termination of the contract begins to run from the day when the last piece or the last shipment of goods is handed over to the consumer. If the regular delivery of goods is contracted for a certain period, the term for terminating the contract starts from the day when the first piece or the first shipment of goods is handed over to the consumer. If you unilaterally terminate the contract, the seller will return the money received from you, including delivery costs, without delay, and no later than within 14 days from the day when he received your decision to unilaterally terminate the contract. The refund will be made in the same way you made the payment, i.e. to the bank account from which you made the payment during the purchase. The seller can issue a refund only after the goods have been returned to him or after you have provided him with proof that you have sent the goods back.
You are obliged to return the goods without delay, and no later than within 14 days from when you informed the seller of your decision to terminate the contract. You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods yourself. You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods, except that which was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods. Exercising the right to unilaterally terminate the contract implies the return of undamaged goods, in the original packaging. The consumer does not have the right to unilaterally terminate the contract with our sellers if:
- subject of the contract are goods whose price depends on changes in the financial market that are beyond the influence of the seller, and which may occur during the duration of the consumer’s right to unilaterally terminate the contract
- the subject of the contract is easily perishable goods or goods that quickly expire
- the subject of the contract is sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, if they were unsealed after delivery
- the subject of the contract is goods which, due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other things after delivery
- the subject of the contract is the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which is agreed upon at the time of signing the contract, and the delivery can only take place after 30 days, if the price depends on changes in the market that are beyond the influence of the seller
- the subject of the contract is delivery of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts for such publications
- the subject of the contract is the provision of goods transportation services, vehicle rental services, food and beverage delivery services or leisure-related services, if it is agreed that the service will be provided on a specific date or in a specific period.
Written consumer complaint
It is your right to submit a written consumer complaint in accordance with the legal rules of the European Union on consumer protection both to IT and to our sellers, by mail or electronic mail. If you send a written complaint by e-mail, the receipt of the same will be confirmed without delay by e-mail, and your complaint will be answered within 15 days.
In the complaint, it is necessary to state your first and last name and the address or contact to which we will send the confirmation of receipt and the reply.

Liability for material defects
Our sellers are responsible for the material defects of the items that they had at the time of the transfer of risk to you as the buyer, as well as for those material defects that appear after the transfer of risk to you as the buyer if they are the result of a cause that existed before that.
As a buyer, you are obliged to inspect the purchased item in the usual way or to give it for inspection, as soon as possible according to the regular course of things, and to notify the seller of visible defects within 8 (eight) days.
Other liability provisions
Item information is generated based on information provided by the seller and is used for informational purposes only.
Despite efforts to keep data up-to-date, it may happen that information about the Services, prices, items or delivery changes so quickly that IT fails to correct the data in a timely manner and the data remains unchanged. In this case, IT will inform the customer about the changes and enable cancellation of the order, replacement of the ordered item or some other agreed possibility.
All prices and delivery times are only valid when the order is confirmed and marked with the “Order Confirmed” label.
Upon re-ordering an item, neither IT nor its sellers guarantee the same price as it was before the recall.
Although IT and its sellers strive to provide accurate product images, all photos are representative and do not represent actual item features.
IT reserves the right to typographical errors.
Neither IT nor its vendors are responsible for the orderly delivery in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions in situations beyond its control, e.g. in the event of force majeure.
IT is not responsible for the misuse of ordered products.
Websites that are directly or indirectly connected to the IT website are not under our control and as such we do not control or edit them. For this reason, IT is not responsible for the information found on linked websites. Links to third-party websites are provided only for practical reasons, and IT is not responsible for the credibility and reliability of the data and information on these pages.
- Payment and Delivery
The prices of the items are retail prices, they include the amount of value added tax (if applicable) and are expressed in kuna and euros.
Prices are subject to change.
The product prices do not include the cost of transportation, delivery or postal services, which are charged additionally.
Our sellers can, at their discretion, offer certain products at prices lower than the prices in regular sales, or with a special discount that is available under the same conditions to all customers or only to a precisely specified group of customers. The conditions of special forms of sales, such as the duration of such sales, limitation of the quantity of goods, amount of discount, etc. will be described in detail on the seller’s page. After the expiration of the period of sale at prices lower than the prices in the regular sale, sellers cannot accept orders under the conditions related to special forms of sale that have expired.
Our sellers enable you to purchase selected products by paying directly online, by credit card payment through the Stripe system.
The costs of card collection are fully borne by IT on behalf and for the account of the seller, and they will not be charged to the buyer.

The purchased products will be delivered to you via the courier company DHL or DPD.
Delivery prices depend on the tariffs of the mentioned courier companies, which are published on their websites.
When choosing a courier company, the customer is obliged to take into account the delivery time to his place of residence or headquarters. Please note that DHL delivers within 2 (two) business days counting from the day of the order, while DPD mainly delivers within 4 – 6 (four to six) business days counting from the day of the order.
Orders for DPD delivery are sent from Monday to Thursday.
In order to preserve the freshness of the product, we recommend that you choose the delivery option via DHL in order to deliver fresh truffles outside the borders of the Republic of Croatia.
IT and our sellers are not responsible for material defects of fresh truffles if you have chosen a delivery option that lasts more than 2 (two) working days.

Some sellers offer free shipping on a certain order amount. For example, the seller can offer free delivery for a total order of more than 500 EUR. If you buy several items from the same seller, you only pay for one delivery, or the price calculation is based on the total weight of all products in the package. The shipping price depends on the total weight of the item together with the package.
VAT is already included in all delivery prices.
